Hi. We’re Nick and Rachel, the developers of Paperbark. We’ve lived on the site since 2007 and our kids grew up attending local schools. We love Balgowlah.
We’re passionate about architecture and design. For us this is an opportunity to bring an iconic development to Balgowlah - one that embraces local materiality, enduring design and comfort so that others may enjoy the location for generations to come.
